Is an engineer coming, or do I plug in myself?
Could you please tell me when a engineer is coming and are setting up brordband or do I have to do it myself ?

Is it just a case of you being sent a router to connect to an existing line or are you having a line installed/fibre installed as well?

Putting the address into the BT Wholesale Availability Checker should indicate which provisioning type is applicable.

It's the table and the two text lines below it which are most useful.
Remove any personal information (such as the address itself) if you post an image.
