Bruddah this has gone out like 4 times this week, I had an assignment due at 12 and the network went out so now my grade is going to get dropped down are you mad?

You may not be aware but you haven’t contacted Sky by posting here. This is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to assist other customers.

When there are any broadband issues between midnight and 7am it could be essential overnight maintenance taking place. It is carried out at those times to minimise disruption and there is no advance warning provided.
