Internet

I reported fault with my Internet connection  was advised the fault was outside my home and that fault had been fixed.  Fault has NOT been FIXED Internet still dropping off.

Plead advise

Try rebooting your hub. Failing that you will need to contact Sky and tell them the fault is still there.
