No internet and red light on incoming hub

@Allan50 Is all you have from sky is a hub? If so see if the service checker shows anything or the diagnostic, all the links are below, even about the hub and lights.

 

If you haven’t done it already use the below link to check to see if there are any broadband problems or outages nearby
