Internet

All week the internet keeps losing connection. 
phones , tv and tablets . 

very frustrating as I've been trying to even work from home and keeps disconnecting the laptop. 

when I run the test it says fine but it's far from fine .

@Joey213 the lights on your hub will tell you if its lost connection see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start

 

If tgere is an intermittent line fault then call Sky and report it so it can be checked out
