Internet

My Internet isn't working right it's all saying connected done a test on the line and its saying everything looks good. but can't actually go online to search anything up on Google

@Lynne831 the test initially reports the result of the last routine check which was run beforecyour fault started so try clicking to run the test again. If the test then doesnt either tell you Sky are aware of a fault affecting your line or offer to book an engineer call Sky to report it
