My internet is down the light was orange now flickering yellow 

this is a constant fault with my sky it has been going on for years now 

we got about 7-8 months of decent WiFi then the same problem is starting and still no refund or gratis from sky

@Karenmsrie Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
