I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an ongoing issue regarding my Sky broadband service.

For the past few weeks, I have been experiencing significant interruptions in my internet connectivity. Despite checking the WiFi checker online, which indicates that everything is fine, the reality is quite different. The internet connection frequently drops, causing frustration and inconvenience as it disconnects from my devices intermittently.

As someone who relies heavily on a stable internet connection for work and personal use, these disruptions have been particularly challenging to manage. I have attempted troubleshooting steps on my end to resolve the issue, but unfortunately, the problem persists.

I kindly request your assistance in investigating this matter further and providing a solution to restore consistent and reliable internet connectivity to my service. Your prompt attention to this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Just to make you aware the forum is mostly customer to customer based so you are not addressing Sky with your post.

For starters please can you post your router stats
