Internet very very slow

I work from home and today the internet has been so slow that it got to the point where I turned off the router and switched it back on in the hope that it would fix the problem. It didn't and it has been a long and frustrating day. When I did the checks it says everything is ok.

Thus has been like this all week and even drops out on the tv when in Netflix.

i have only just upgraded the router but it is worse now than it ever was.

very very unhappy

@D+Copestake  Do you still have the old router or was this with a different provider?

We upgraded with sky earlier this year and got a new router which is a lot slower than the old one also from sky

@D+CopestakeSo the question was do you still have the old router that Sky gave you before upgrading?

@D+Copestake So you upgraded from what to what service Sky Max etc, which router from what to what black to white. Extenders /pods or such like. Link below see if it is any good.
