Internet totally off

Hello, My broadband has been off now since an Openreach engineer came yesterday to try to fix it. He didn't manage to, and said he'd be back today at 9am, but so far hasn't shown up. Can you tell me if he's coming today please ? Thank you, Gary

@belly90 you are not talking to Sky by pisting in this forum you will have to call Aky to find out what us happdning with your repair.
