Internet too slow

My internet is very slow. It used to be really fast but now my children are having bother for the last few weeks on their xboxe etc. And we're also having trouble with WiFi through our phones. On the Xbox it's taking 2 days to download a 50gb game , and that's too long. I'm paying £42 per month for this and it's no good to anyone in my home.
