Internet stopped working

Out broadband internet connection was fine and has been for months. Suddenly today it stopped working. The wifi light on the router is green but the internet light is orange

Same here! It was fine and then just stopped working and has 2 orange lights! Service checker says no issue but clearly there is!

I’m having the same issue too, it's just flashing green and says internet is working but isn't.

Me too sky I've put nothing up about this. There's a surprise but satellites into space but we can't get a proper Internet connection

I have a pulsating green light on the router

Exactly same with us. Turned router on & off twice. Still the same.
