Internet speed

Hi

 

My contract with yourself started on Monday I have a 500mps package, and I'm not even getting 90mps.

 

We have previously usued BT and it was 150mps. 

is it possible this issue can be looked at asap? As it's effecting my work laptop, TVS and CCTV on the household.
