Internet signal

My internet signal becomes awful when I join a multiplayer game, it drops down to 10mbs with 7mbs download so when I'm guaranteed 150 at master socket what is going on for me to only be getting 10 at my pc

How is the PC connected to the Hub?

 

WiFi is always zero Mbs on the other side of a few walls.
