Internet signal

Our broadband signal has been extremely poor for a while now, I upgraded on an offer to see if that would help but hasn't worked, you can't provide us with the speeds I'm paying for so what can you do about it? It constantly states the problem is with the hub connection

@Jen68 you are not addressing Sky by posting in the forum. However forum members should be ablecto advise you but we need more information so please post your hub's connection stats and some indications of speeds you are getting on your devices. See Find your Sky Broadband router statistics
