Internet signal intermittent

Hello,

 

the Wi-Fi signal around my home is getting notably weaker in some rooms, it wasn't like this before. 

I have reset the hub and carried out the diagnostic on the Sky app, all is reported to be working well. 

can you help?

Hi @David733 

This can happen if the WiFi environment changes around you, e.g. additional interference from a neighbours router.

 

If going through the troubleshooting & changing the WiFi channel on your hub doesnt solve the issue, you may want to look into getting a booster.
