@Denton+wmc Assume its the wired Hive hub you have. It seems a common issue with these Hive units on many ISPs networks quite why is unclear as there is no configuration problem as such. I found my Hive hub needs to be plugged directly into the router rather than into a network switch and while a pain when I got it has now run for years without issue 🤞. People have found leaving the hub plugged in flashing away for a few hours results in a connection eventually.
Hive support has been very poor in the past blaming everything butvtheir hardware. There are no config changes on the Sky hub but do check thecethernet cable you are using is fully wired 8 wires not 4.
