Internet repeatedly dropping

My internet keeps repeatedly dropping for the past 2 hours. Service checker is showing no issue but router keeps dropping internet in last 2 hours . I have reset router etc to no change . Internet has dropped 4 times in the last 20 minutes 🤷‍♀️
