Internet outage cf40

Internet down in CF40 area has been for several hrs yet no where seems to show it's down?

It could be maintenance taking place. That is normally scheduled for overnight so as to have the minimum of impact as most customers are asleep. In view of the time of your post it's more likely to be weather related due to the storms.

@Saratigger if you run the connection testvin the My Sky app does it report a known issue affecting your line? If it does the issue will be repaired but nobody can tell you how long that may take as @Daniel0210 points out there are loads of weather affected issues needing fixing. If there isn't a known  issue call Sky and report your line as down.
