Internet off again

Honestly I'm getting sick of the internet being down again at this time of night it's happens multiple times a week how can that be maintanance, ridiculous I want my money back for the time it's off in a year.

Auto compensation only applies when the service is down for a lengthy time. 

This link explains the Ofcom agreed auto compensation scheme which Sky operates for when there is a TOTAL loss of Sky Broadband or Sky Talk for UK customers.

If you have a total loss of service and it isn’t fixed after two full WORKING days from when Sky are notified of the fault, you will become eligible for it.
