Hi

Once I unplug my modem it stops working and I need a new modem. How to fix this?

Keep it plugged in would seem to be the answer, so once you replug it back in it doesn't work at all ?

Once I replug in the modem the Internet light does nor illuminate and the Internet doesn't work.
