Internet not working

The internet was working this morning then it stopped both the internet and voice lights were orange/red however after going through troubleshooting the voice is orange and the internet light is not lit all others are green. I can connect to the WiFi just no internet. Troubleshooting Through app seems fine Turning off/unplugging and starting again same issue

If your ONT shows a red light then have a read of this:

Try running this line test to see if it finds any faults:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
