Internet not working

My Internet not working in my PS 5. And never working in my WhatsApp

Try rebooting your broadband hub at the mains, if this doesn't fix it then give this a try:


If your ONT shows a red light then have a read of this:
https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Broadband-Talk/Can-t-connect-to-broadband-and-have-a-red-light-on-your-...


Try running this line test to see if it finds any faults:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.


If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.

@Arlete You may also wish to take a quick look at the settings for your Broadband Shield in your products section of your account, adjust it as required!

Good morning. My Wi-Fi isn't working on my PlayStation 5. And it's never worked on WhatsApp. If this isn't fixed, I'll have to cancel my contract. Could you resolve this as quickly as possible?
