Internet not working
My phone and app say they are connected to WiFi, however my devices have no Internet. I keep having to switch to data, which is stupid because I'm paying for WiFi. I have tried restarting, logging out and logging in and nothing. Is there any way to get this fixed or get a WiFi pod?

@Gulsiya if your phone is connecting via the. Sky hub then the service is live. If devices further from the hub are not connecting then you may need a WiFi extender which Sky will supply if you buy their WiiFi Max package and ask for one.
