Internet not working

My Internet is not working  on my sky box the power light is green the Internet light is intermittently flashing amber WiFi is green and voice is amber. I have reset the device and turned the power off for 20seconds

@Chloe2010 If it has just started doing so then sky may not as yet be aware off any fault's but do run the service checker to see if anything is known as off yet!

 

If you haven’t done it already use the below link to check to see if there are any broadband problems or outages nearby
