Internet not working

Internet dropped about 30 minutes ago. Reset router about 4 times and still nothing?!

Same for me, this happens a lot at night but tends to be for 10-15 minutes. App always says it's fine (pointless) but this time it's getting on for an hour and still orange lights. Why have an app if it doesn't report correctly

Same problem. Sky thinks it's ok but no WiFi at all. So much for their good service. This isn't the first time either. I need a good explanation but doubt if they monitor these chat threads and if they do  probably going to keep schtum

So their chat is online. This is their response about everyone going through this issue right now....  So helpful oh but don't worry its clearly not a fault on their side 😂😂 absolute joke the tracker doesn't actually show faults

Thank you for your patience, and I'm really sorry you're experiencing this issue and I have Escalate to network successful thank you for let us knowing that many are facing internet issue so I will update to concern team and we try to fix the issue and for the service that you have not received you will be getting automatic compensation for the service that you have not recived.

When there are issues between midnight and 7am it's quite possibly going to be essential overnight maintenance taking place which is carried out then to minimise disruption as most customers are asleep.
