Internet not working

Hi,  

 

The internet isn't working, there is a red light on the socket on the wall saying LOS.

the sky internet box has a green light coming on and off.

 

how do I fix this?

@witnessthefitness you cant but given the rash of similar posts it could be an exchange fault. If Sky are aware of the issue it will showin the service checker in the My Sky app (use a mobile connection) if it doesnt call them to report it but lines could be buisy.
