Internet not working

I had an engineer out a few weeks ago and fitted a new cable but I'm still having issues with my Internet connection. I have 2 children who use a firestick in their rooms and switches and can't use their devices. This is getting beyond a joke now. I'm paying for a service I'm not receiving. The engineer did say I needed a new hub.

Have you called Sky and spoken to them about this ?

 

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
