Internet not working

Internet seems to be working but some things aren't working properly ie videos aren't downloading and playing. Checker says there's no problem though

@S18uey if your Sky hub is connected but you have issues with some devices it is most likely to be poor wifi connection. You can run a speedtest on thecaffected devices to check that and comparecthe results the Service Checker in the My Skybapp gives you if you click through on the Broadband link.

 

Poircwifi is very common issue as in many homes you need norectgan a sinle Sky hub to becablecto stream video in rooms away from the hub.
