Internet not working

Hi I am unable to connect to WiFi. 
All the lights are on but the voice one is orange. I have reset the router twice and still nothing. I have run all the tests and it says it's fine but says that the WiFi one is unknown

Same issue here, internet light not there..

I suddenly have the same problem today. For me it seems the sky DNS server the Hub is using by default is not working because when I over-rule the DNS settings on individual devices to use Google's DNS servers (8.8.8.8) they instantly start working again.
