Internet not working

My internet is not working. I have gone through the service checker on the sky website and it says that there is no problem. However the sky hub still has an amber light on the internet.

@AnnoyedCustome2  Can you run the service checker again, but this time click on broadband to run an updated  test. If it still comes back as good can you let us know, but if it tries to fix the issue and going forward let's you book an engineer do so.

I think ours is a local area issue as some of our neighbours are down too and with other broadband providers.
