Internet stopped working an hour ago. Can't understand why we are being charged ridiculous prices and yet can't speak to a human after 9pm. Automated phone service told me to follow a link to internet which is not working because I have an 'unstable connection' due to not having WiFi. Anyone else getting (removed) off with Skys constantly failing WiFi

Hi @Beverley1, not sure what your area is, but I'm also having the same problem - WiFi stopped working about an hour ago. Tried everything the bot says including resetting the hub but nothing works. I'm in Essex.

Mine went off at the same time and i'm in NI . A short duration outage that may indicate maintenance. If yours isn't back in the morning drop a note here and we can escalate directly to sky

@Christian0408 if you line is down after 6am and does not recover by rebooting your hub run the connection test in the My Sky app over a mobike connection to see if there is a known fault in your area if there isnt give Sky a call to report the fault or post again and someone can escalate your post for an online chat with Sky.

Hi Chrisee, yes run it a couple of times. It says there is no outage but can't think what else it can be. Turned everything off multiple times, WiFi still working

I've got same problem. Run the test on mobile network. Saying no outage in the area. Had to go work now but this isn't the first time it has happened recently.
