Hello, my internet has not been working today. The lights on the Siro fibre broadband box appear to be lit however the lights on the sky broadband box are not. The power light on it is however green. I have tried to fix the problem using your tips given on your website however this appears to go around in circles and bring me back to the initial page. I have also tried to phone your contact number which reports that you are closed today however your online hours report you open Sunday until 5? My internet is still not working and I would appreciate your assistance in helping getting it working again. Thank you

UK: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides an 0333 number. A lot of mobile networks include 01, 02 and 03 numbers in their inclusive minutes.

Like a lot of large companies nowadays any calls to Sky will start off automated but stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Also be aware the operating times of departments differs depending on the issue you’re ringing about.
