Internet not working - orange light

The internet and voice lights on my hub keep turning orange and the internet stops working. Service Checker says everything is okay but that's clearly not the case. Does anyone have any experience of this / can you help me please?

If it initially gives an all clear continue thru the diagnostic and click the test my broadband in the blue box

 

Also could you post you hub stats
