@Mh581 check the TV is in range of the Sky hub by bringing a phone which is connected close by. Assuming it is and you have a white Sky hub go into the hub's advanced settings in the My Sky app and change the WiFi security from WPA3-T to WPA2 ascsome TVs dint like the new higher standard.
