Internet not working on tv

So my internet is working fine with channels on my tv and phones but it's just not working on my tv for the apps on the tv

If your Internet is OK on other devices in the house, the issue is likely the TV. Have you unplugged it, left it for 10 mins and tried it again? Is the TV connected to your router in settings?
