Internet not working- fault confirmed

Hi, I am based in Dublin, Ireland. I have had no internet connection since 20/11/25. I logged the incident on 21/11/25 and "engineer assigned" however I have had no date or time confirmed.

 

Who can I speak with to confirm a day and time- it has been 7 working days already with no update.

You need to contact Sky Ireland for updates. You aren’t contacting Sky here. This is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other customers.
