Internet not connecting to certain devices

My Internet has been working fine for quite some time but over the last month I have been unable to connect my TV or my daughter's phone to it. When I search available WiFi networks it comes up but then when I select it and input the details it tells me that connection failed or connection unavailable. 

 

Please can someone advise. I've tried to reboot everything and moved the hub but nothing is working.

@Lynn351 do you have the new white Sky hub? If so try switching the Wifi Security level from WPA3T to WPA2 in the My Sky app. Some devices cannot connect tomthe new higher security setting. That does not apply to the black Sky hubs which as WPA2 by default.

@Lynn351 in thst case the settings on the hub shouldn't be the problem.

 

Try rebooting the TV and phone. On the TV unplug the mains until the power led goes out you will have to check how to reboot the phone. Doing that should clear the memory which stores the log in allowing it to accept the correct setting.
