Internet light won’t come on

We have a new router and followed the steps. Today is activation day, online it says it's active but the router only has the power and WiFi lights on. 
move tried trouble shooting and so disconnecting and connecting as requested but didn't work. I repeated that process and still nothing. 
I've also tried to call sky which they just direct me to test the speed of the internet and then say that I have a problem. Which I have done and they brought me here to fix my problem?

It might be that the activation hadn't actually taken place yet as this can take place anytime throughout the day up to midnight.

 

When calling Sky say nothing when asked any questions by the bot.
