@Yawn123  & @Jay102 Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

It says there is an issue with my WiFI but no known issues in area. However everyone in my apartment block have confirmed their WiFi has fallen off

@Jay102  If everyone's Wi-Fi has dropped off it is not the Wi-Fi that has died. But seems there is problems with the broadband in the area.
