Hi, the Internet light is off on my sky hub, I'm wondering if it's because it's the second sky hub in the house as my parents Internet is too slow and when I moved back in I decided to set mine back up, I changed my address and everything through sky and it just reactivated today, however it still ain't working. Any ideas? Thankyou
I am not exactly sure what you have done but it sounds like you tried to have two broadband connections & accounts with Sky at the same address? If so this isnt possible and you've likely bumped & cancelled your parents connection in favour of yours.
