Internet light off

All of a sudden the internet just disconnected on all my devices. When checking the router the internet light was off. Have tried turning off the hub for 2 minutes. Changing the broadband cable aswell.

nothing seems to be working.

Any help?

@Ya0903 Can you please run the service checker, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

 

If this comes back green all okay can you then click on broadband to run an updated test. If anything else like amber or red follow the on screen instructions.
