Internet light not on

Hi, 

 

My internet suddenly stopped working. I reset, unplugged yellow cable, unplugged blue cable (only have blue and yellow cable, nothing connected to purple socket). I have restarted it by plugging out the power socket too and it keeps coming up with green power light, green wifi light, orange voice light (which is normal as I don't have talk) but no internet light. 

the broadband checker says it's fine but it clearly isn't as the light isn't on.

 

Please could anyone assist.

Any broadband issues between midnight and 7am could be essential overnight maintenance taking place which is carried out then to minimise disruption. There’s no pre-warning of this. See this pinned post at the top of the Broadband board from Sky which could be relevant any night this happens…

Hi,

 

yes I think it was just maintenance as it came back on a few mins after I posted on the thread.
