Internet light not on box

Internet light not on box can't get on anything on Internet

@Ge14 sounds like your hub has lost connection to the exchange. Run the Service Checker in the My Sky app using a mobile connection which should tell you if Sky arecalready aware of an issue affecting your line. If they arent give them a call so they can get your line checked out.

We had a line fault so engineer coming out as kept dropping out
