Internet keeps restarting

that is what the router says after the disconnect

 

cant replicate it, happens like 2-3 times a day, and started a few days ago, any steps to prevent this? 🙂

@SheldonC you are not alone this is quite a common issue currently following the recent very heavy rain it should settle down as the lines dry out (assuming we dont get more downpours ) and the automatic DLM system increases the noise margin in steps to stabilise the line each step drops the speed a bit..

 

Openreach are unlikely to accept a faultvreport from Sky unless the DLM has not stabilised the line without dropping speed below the guaranteed speed for your line. You can see the current speed in the My Sky app in the service checker if you click on the broadband link.

speed is normal, just the random reconnects that are annoying

also forget to post this :D, but sounds like waiting if it gets better seems to be the thing to do then
