Internet keeps going on and off

Internet keeps going on and off today not much use when you have a sky TV and trying to do online training keeps having to unplug and restart can't find anything online if they have a fault somewhere

@Steven51 you can run the connection test in the My Sky app which works over a mobile connection which will tell you if there is a known fault affecting your area.However most likely explanation is a fault on your line which you will havecto report to Sky so they can get it fixed.
