Internet keeps going off constantly
My Internet keeps Going off constantly and takes an hour or two to come back on I reset it and it doesn't work

@Alishamarie72 Log into your sky account on a mobile device if your internet is not working and run the service check.

@Alishamarie72 Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic
If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
