Internet keeps dropping
Hello, we upgraded recently to Sky Superfast fibre broadband and over the last week we are continuously losing connection. We never had this issue when we had the satellite dish. Please can someone test the line as I work from home and need to be connected through the day

As this a customer helps customer gorum
we can not test the line but you should be able to via this link:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.
