Internet keeps dropping

Internet light on the hub keeps going off/amber and in the past 2 days has been happening consistently, disconnecting all devices (TV, phones, etc). Ran the service checker in the app, which initially states there is a problem but when it runs through the checks they all come back ok. Rang 150 and the automated call basically directed me back to the online service checker. How do I get this reported and resolved?

Hi @Tom-W19 , this morning I received a text at 10:39 from Sky saying the fault has been fixed however the Internet is still continually dropping and has apparently been worse since I received that text!

Interestingly, none of my family have seen an openreach engineer working on the telephone line which is opposite our house.

I have been home for 20 minutes and it has dropped twice in that time.
