Internet keeps dropping

Hello,

 

since a week or so, internet keeps dropping (internet light flashing amber, then still amber + voice light still amber) every hour or so and then reconnect. Tried to reset modem but still doesn't work and sky app does not detect any problem. 

Any suggestions?

G.fast guaranteed speed is 100Mbps however as it appears your line is dropping more than 10 times a day it should still be treated as a line fault
